Fraser Canyon Coffee Co. ships from British Columbia, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes) within Canada.

Free shipping applies only to standard shipping and may exclude remote locations.

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

• British Columbia: 2–5 business days
• Western Canada: 3–7 business days
• Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We ship using trusted Canadian carriers such as:

• Canada Post
• UPS
• Purolator

Carrier selection may vary based on destination and order size.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Fraser Canyon Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

• Please check with neighbors or household members.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Fraser Canyon Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Fundraising and wholesale orders may ship separately and may have different shipping arrangements communicated at the time of order confirmation.
